We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2020, at the age of 61, Victor Gilbert Dean of Willcox, Arizona, born in El Paso, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Jane Harmon; his sisters, Pandy Weck, Jo Tinney and Felina Anthony-Bretz; and his father Benjamin Dean.

He built upon that foundation with education from an automotive school in Phoenix and a heavy equipment school in San Antonio.
