He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiburcio Carrillo and Elvira Soto Carrillo; his son Denny Carrillo; and his siblings, Mary Lou, Julia and Robert Carrillo.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Gonzales of Tucson, Rick Carrillo of Douglas, Victor Carrillo (Michelle Ramirez) of Benson and Lisa Osornio (Billy Smith) of Willcox; and his brother Joe Carrillo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
