He was predeceased by: his parents, Foustino Murillo and Anita Murillo (Garcia); and his siblings, Ruben Murillo of Houston, Texas, Leecha Ellis (William) of Las Cruces and Angelica Murillo of Deming.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Arvizu; and his children, Daniel Murillo of Safford, Christina Christiansen of Tucson, Ruth Melton (Ivan Garcia) of Tucson, Adriana Heuser (Martin) of Tucson and David Villa of New York.
