He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clarence Binger and Florice Marlene Binger; and his sister Roxanne Smart. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Waylon Binger (Melissa) of Astoria and Lucas Binger (Shari) of Willcox; his granddaughters, Brylee and Tatum; his siblings, Dallas Binger (Judy), Ronald Binger (Jean) and Kathy Symens (Ron); and his brother-in-law Bill Smart.
