He is survived by: his wife Viola Encinas of Willcox; his children, Manny Encinas of Tucson, Ruben Encinas (Jessica) of Willcox, Ricky Encinas (Alicia), Diana Rodriguez (Ralph) of Willcox and Veronica Doe (Henry) of Tucson; and his siblings, Robert Encinas, Joe Encinas, Esperanza Lowe, Marianne Jabar, Maria Baez and Natalie Martinez. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
