He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee Smith and Mary Margaret Smith (Gulley). He is survived by: his children, Amber Miller (Kevin), Joe Smith, Toby Smith and Casey Smith; his grandchildren, Destany Smith and Bailey Kannberg; and his brother Ron Smith (Susan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
