He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Emmons Johnson and Nancy Beatrice Johnson (Carter); his wife Joyce; and his son Larry Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Ted Johnson (Lila) and Dennis Johnson; and his sister Melba Setliff. He is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
