He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Kreger and Susie Kreger; and his sister Melba Howard. He is survived by: his wife Frances; and his children, Terresa Goodwin (Jeff), Sam (Cyndy) and Randy (Lynda). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
