He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Violet Christophel and James Septer Shelton; and his brother Marion Rhoades Shelton. He is survived by: his former wife Twila Garey (Ty); his wife Ty Shelton; his children, Frank Shelton (Cindy) and Cathe Shelton; his grandchildren, Tycee Evans, Marshall Goodwin (Michelle) and Jace Jones; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Evans, Cashton Archer Evans, Jaxon Evans, Clayson Goodwin, Tristan Goodwin and Shaycee Goodwin.
