He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Paul Hernandez; and his siblings, Terie Dormanen and Mike Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Jean Spencer of Willcox; and his siblings, John Hernandez (Kathy) of Willcox, Carl Hernandez (Georgianna) of Wellton, AZ and Lori Gorman of Willcox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
