He is survived by: his wife Charlene Clarence of Willcox; and his children, Dan Skinner (Michelle) of Gilbert, Randy Skinner (Wendy) of Central, Toby Skinner (Sandy) of Gilbert, Debbie Ellis (Ron) of Willcox, Joey Skinner (Lisa) of San Juan and Puerto Rico. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
