She is survived by: her husband Dick Underwood; her parent Linda Mader (Bloy) of Menasha; and her siblings, Bill Mader (Arlene) of Tucson, Larry Mader (Paula) of Abbotsford, Wisconsin, Marilyn Mader of Appleton, Rosie Rohm of Hortonville and Carol Mader Carlsen (Stan) of Jasper.
