He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Celeste Montagne and Albert Eugene Noonan; his wife Betty Carrillo; his brother Tom Noonan (Ana); his children, Lisa Allen (Brian), Ann-Marie Peña (Louis), Christy Zellerino (Shawn), Mark, Joel and Jacob; his grandsons, Jeff, Vincent, Bryce, Christian and Jonathon; and his great grandchild Aiden. He was also cherished by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and numerous nephews and nieces.
