She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Hohm and Josephine Hohm; and her husband David Emmet Ellington. She is survived by: her children, David Joseph Ellington of Phoenix, AZ, Linda Skartvedt (John) of Peoria, AZ, Debbie Albright (Len) of Desert Hills, AZ, Jim Ellington of Allen, TX, Thomas Ellington of Parks, AZ and Charda Lively (Brent) of Durango, CO.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
