She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Leroy Church (Michigan) and Marie Roselee Dorak (Czech Republic); her brother Pat; her daughter Paula; her granddaughters, Kimberly Dawn Petersen and Riesha Lyn Baughman; and her great grandchild Andee M'Lee Stevens.

She is survived by: her uncle Charley Fitzsimmons; and her children, Sonja, Dan, Anna Marie, Lynette and Jim. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
