He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine B. Declay of East Fork, Arizona.. He is survived by: his father Wilson Declay Sr.; his close friend Lorinda Larzelere; his brothers, Andrew Edwards, Jeffrey Edwards and Arman Declay; and his sons, NyJoel and Nytron. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
