He was predeceased by: his parents, Barker Velasquez-Williams and Jane Velasquez-Williams. He is survived by: his wife Evangeline DeClay-Williams; and his children, Stoney (Kathy Eagle-Williams), Tony Troy Williams, Tyrone (Jessie Williams-Gushoney), Rodriquez Williams, Gumericindo (Joycelyn Williams-Hernandez) and Jared (Joycee Williams-Kewenvoyouma). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 13 God-children.
