She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Moyah (Yates); her husband Jerris A. Declay; her sons, Elvis Declay and Lewis Declay; and her grandchildren, Ross Moody Jr., Moody and Emilia Declay.
She is survived by: her children, Otilda Ann Declay, Jessica Ann Wycliffe (Declay), Erica V. Declay, Eddie Trevino and Alfredo Way Jr.; and her aunt Anita Cheney. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 50 great-grandchildren.
