With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angelita (Gushoney) Bennett (Whiteriver, Arizona), who passed away on April 25, 2020 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Gushoney and Dora Gushoney (Tony); her siblings, Edith Wool, Margaret Stover, Flossy Gregg, Tyler Gushoney and Rainer Gushoney Sr. (Thomas Bennett); and also Farley Gushoney.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Bennett (Na'gee); her daughters, Lucinda Bennett and Florinda Gushoney; and her sister Georgiana Siow. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic and out of respect for the Resolution passed by the White Mountain Apache Tribal Council the family will hold private graveside services.
