He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Freeman and Mildred Ireland Freeman; and his brother Edmund C. Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Marianna Freeman; his daughters, Carol Freeman Fraser, Donna Freeman, Elaine Freeman Lawrence, Leslie Freeman and Robin Freeman Hale; his stepdaughters, Julie Hyde, Janice Manion, Sheryl Graves of Australia, Oriel Heseltine and Judith of New Zealand; his grandchildren, Michael Lynch, Thomas Lynch, Gordon Fraser, David Fraser, Jessica Lawrence, Johanna Lawrence, Lindsey Moulaison, Daniella Prather, William Hale and Sarah Hale; his great grandchildren, Mia Lynch, Benjamin Lynch, Simon Fraser, Austin Fraser, Carson Fraser, Hendrix Moulaison, Ainsley Hammonds and Tesla Hammonds; and his sister Joyce Prescott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
