It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heidi Carter of Wellton, Arizona, born in Sandpoint, Idaho, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Eugene Hayes and Linda Lee Carter (Dean); and her spouse Stormy Joe Carter.
