He was predeceased by: his parents, Bilbo McGinnis and Mary Alice Gray McGinnis; and his siblings, James, Marvin, Roy, Charles McGinnis, Everlena Ballard and Mary Lou Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Blankenship McGinnis; his children, Edward McGinnis (Stephanie) of Sturgis, MS and Amy McGinnis Woody (Jay) of Oakland, TN.; and his siblings, Francis Bucci of Salinas, CA, Ruby Nell McClelland of Mathiston, MS, Martha Sulfridge of Sarah, MS, Dicie Avant, Betty Westbrook of Sturgis, MS and Billy Gray McGinnis of Wellton, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
