He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Lizotte and Faye Greer; his children, Retha Renee Conner (Scott), Yvette Marie Freberg (Randy), Michelle Lizotte and Joseph Frank Lizotte III (Becky); and his wife Judith Fern Lizotte. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
