He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Johnson and Mary Anna Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Johnson; his children, Kim Fraleigh (Wayne) and Matthew Johnson (Georgia); his grandchildren, Noah, Abby, Lucas and Macie; and his sisters, Ginny Hinrichs (Larry) and Sue Wickham (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
