He is survived by: his children, John Wayne Scaggs (Laurie) of Texas, Rhonda Lynn Ortiz (Blas) of Colorado and Waylon Lee Scaggs of Georgia; his grandchildren, Michael Wayne Scaggs and Brandi Leigh Moses (Jeff) of Texas; his daughter Jennifer Mae Ortiz of Colorado; his great grandchildren, Kaiden Roberts and Dominic Vitale of Colorado; and his granddaughter Jennifer Mae Ortiz.
