He is survived by: his wife Diane Horn; his children, Brandon and Kiley Horn; his stepdaughters, Amanda (David), Jessica (Cody) and Nicole Lamb; his stepgrandchildren, Hailey, Khloe, Ryan, Kolton, Emma and Westin; and his siblings, Sheryl Kane, Connie Eisenhour (Steve), Lorrie Van Gundy (Cecil), Dennis Wyckoff (Jill), Greg Wyckoff (Vicki), Glenda Jones (Jerry) and Gilbert Horn (Angie). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
