He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Fountain and Jean Marie Hosler; his sisters, Lynda Flachs and Lanette Pittenger; his niece Kristina Flachs; his great-nephew Andrew Vinton; and his great-niece Kaylee Flachs.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Marie Fountain; his children, Aaron, Crystal and Shane (Tara); his grandchildren, Paige, Luke, Adan, Wyatt and Dawson; and his siblings, Larry Fountain (Jeanne Ann), Luann Robinson, Lonna Flachs (Steve), Lee Bob Fountain (Linda) and Layne Fountain (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
