It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Ulysses Devaney III (Vail, Arizona), born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jesse. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his mother Betty; his children, Matthew and Rebecca; his sister Cindy Olvey; his grandmother Mary Coffey; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Parker and Truman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
