He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Albert Joseph Potts and Margaret Lovett Sandke. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Teasley; and his children, William F. Potts (Terri) of Falls Church, VA, Craig E. Potts (Beth) of Wardensville, WV and Laura S. Page (Ray) of Vail, AZ.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
