He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his parents, Robert "Buff" and Retagene. He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his sons, Michael and Trevor (Amelia); his grandchildren, Taylor (Kyle), Thomas, Madeline and Elliana; his great grandchildren, JJ, Eli and Rylee; his siblings, Patrick (Susan), Timothy (Larry) and Jean (Steve); and his sister-in-law Sally.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's honor to the Last Alarm Foundation of Arizona (lastalarmfoundation.com).
