It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Gay Tappan (Tucson, Arizona), born in Greybull, Wyoming, who passed away on April 25, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joel Fellows and June Carpenter (Donald); her siblings-in-law, Frank Nejedly and Mary Fellows; and her nephews, Arthur Carpenter (Art) and John Carpenter.
She is survived by: her son Rocky Joe Tappan; her daughter-in-law Doris of La Grange; and her siblings, Dick Fellows of Brady, NE, Kevin Fellows (Vicki) of Etoile, TX, Pat France (Bill) of Kearney, NE and Sharon Nejedly of North Platte. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
