She is survived by: her daughters, Mary, Susan, Nancy and Phyllis; her grandchildren, Andrew, Kristal, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Alexander and Katie; and her siblings, Tom (Diana) and Ilene. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or cards, the family requests thoughtful support and donations to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
