We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2018, Rowena Putney (Tucson, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Rowena was predeceased by: parents, Don Otto and Nita Otto; husband Harry E.; and also Bud. Rowena is survived by: brother Robert Otto; and children, Anita Macklin (Roger) and Ed Putney (Janice). Rowena is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Gospel Rescue Mission.
