It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert P. Kunz of Tucson, Arizona, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, Bobby and Amy; his parents, Robert and Marie; and his brother Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kunz (Merten); his daughter Christine (Tom); his stepsons, Dustin Eckstrom and Nicholas Eckstrom (Matthew Rollo); his grandsons, Trey and Tyler Erlandson; and his sisters, Joyce Misukanis and Beth Resemius. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Honsa Family Funeral Home (2460 Co Rd E East, White Bear Lake, MN 55110). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (2445 Co Rd E East, St Paul, MN 55110).
