He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Kuzelka and Lois Kuzelka. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kuzelka; his children, Rebecca Harisis (Larry), Terra Westerholt (Max) and Charles Knox; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Riley, Claire, Megann, Mason, Sophia and Georgette; and his siblings, Sue Fowler, Kim Welch (Michael) and Tedd Kuzelka (Jennifer). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
