He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Mendibles and Maria Mendibles; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Mendibles. He is survived by: his wife Rosario B. Mendibles; his children, Greg Mendibles (Lillian), Ray Anthony Mendibles, Arturo Mendibles, Suzanne Castillo (Joseph), Martin Bernal and Manuel Bernal; and his siblings, Manuel "Wilo" Mendibles (Lola), Eddie "Yayo" Mendibles (Celia), Rita Mendibles and Tomas "Che" Mendibles (Olga). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
