He is survived by: his grandparent Preston; his mother Kristen Sayles; his stepfather Stan Sayles; his children, Sherry Faye Mott and Kobe Brannan Mott; his brothers, Bowen Summers, Brody Sayles, Cameron Sayles, Kimberly Sayles, Jenya Sayles and Brittany Sayles; his grandparents, Garry Mott and Sherry Mott; his aunts, Alissa Mott Welch and Sheryl Carter (Shezza); his nieces, Lacey Huffstetler and Juliette Carter; and his nephew Ty Welch.
