“This breaks my heart. When you speak about Balboa Heights Neighborhood, you automatically think of Naida Jane Baker. To law breakers in her hood, she was a ‘force to be reckoned with!’ I was fortunate enough to be a patrol officer in her neighborhood for eleven years and Jane was the true leader behind the development of her neighborhood crime prevention program. She was wonderful to work with and I, along with many other TPD officers, were welcomed into her home for C-7 during the holidays. 💔”
