He was predeceased by: his stepfather George Kulla; and his grandparents, John Rosinski and Vernie Rosinski. He is survived by: his son Mikey Walczak (Heather) of Tucson, AZ; his mother Gloria Kulla of Gurnee, IL; his significant other Sherry Bickett; his siblings, Joy Palacek (Rick) of Elk Mound, WI and John Walczak (Lisa) of Wadsworth, IL; his nieces, Alisha Boettcher (Jeremy), Jenna Walczak and Madison Walczak; his nephew Jake Berger (Danielle); his aunt Janie McDonald (Dick); his significant other Max; and also, Sharon Lehnert, Wendy Buvala (Randy), Kim Henderson (Marc) and Dawn Townsend (Dave).
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
