He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Romain Weltmer (Moody) and Herbert Charles Weltmer. He is survived by: his wife Mary-Jane Weltmer (McCall); his sister Mary Iola Weltmer; his daughter Shawrene Rance (Weltmer); his son-in-law Gregory Rance; his son Shayne Weltmer; his daughter-in-law Bethanne Weltmer (Sheldon); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Joy, Abigail, Ceili, Jocelyn, Benjamin and Zoe Weltmer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Berean Baptist Church - Burnsville Campus (309 County Rd 42 E, Burnsville, MN 55306). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
