He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Watkins Sr. and Katherine Lewis; and his sisters, Marianne Kelly, Dorthy Banks, Thelma Thomas and Rosetta Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin Watkins and Lisa Molina; his siblings, Larry Watkins, Anthony Watkins, Marlene Hall and Gloria Gay Marshal; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Carradine, Donny Ray Birdow, James Hall and Germayne Harris. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends.
