Lupe Frias Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lupe Frias (Tucson, Arizona), who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Jesus Frias Sr.; her parents, Felipe Galaz and Dolores Galaz; her sons, Ernesto and Gabriel Frias; her grandchildren, Blanca and Ernesto Frias; and her son-in-law Ruben Matus Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Juan (Leticia), Ramon (Delia), Dolores, Lupe and Herminia; and her siblings, Felipe (Betty), Rosa, Carmen and Tony Galaz. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cristo Rey Church (7500 S Camino Benem, Tucson, AZ 85757). Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 7:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Monte Calvario Cemetery (5149 Omokol, Tucson, AZ 85757).
