He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Hendrix and H. Garrett Hendrix; his siblings, Madeline Cate (Hendrix) and G. Leroy Hendrix; his sister-in-law Dona Hendrix (Baird); his daughter Loretta Hendrix; and his stepson Lawrence Novak (Larry).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Hendrix (Baird); his daughter Lori Forgues (Hendrix); his son-in-law Scott Forgues; his grandchildren, Grant Forgues and Brielle Forgues; his stepson John Novak (Jack); and his sister-in-law Ruth Hull (Baird).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park (9100 S Archer Ave, Bedford Park, IL 60501).
