She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lemko (Szawyra) and Steven Lemko; and her sons, William J. and Thomas R. Mellars. She is survived by: her children, Michele Peard (Mellars), Patricia, Maryann and Robert. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
