He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barney Wallen and Tessie Wallen; his wife Sallie (Cotten); his sons, Joseph and Douglas; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica, Eva and Hale; and also, Alyssa and Stephanie.
