He is survived by: his wife Rosa Amelia Soto; his children, Rosalia Soto Gonzalez, Priscilla Soto Astorga, Rogelio Soto and Mizael Soto; and his sister Orpha Soto Flores. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
