She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Casner and Hazel Casner; and her sisters, Carol Whiteaker and Patricia Kater. She is survived by: her husband Roger Phillips; her children, Shawn Conner (Debbie) and Michelle Meyers (Thomas); and her granddaughters, Deborah McLaughlin (Matthew) and Amanda Brand (Josh). She is also survived by great grandchildren and nephews.
