He was predeceased by: his children, Linda S. Vidal, Jimmie Vidal, Jr. and Chato; his son-in-law Alex Gallego; his parents, Raphael Vidal "Chito" and Armida Vidal; and his brothers, Roy Vidal, Gilbert Vidal, Tony Vidal and Richard Vidal.
He is survived by: his wife Guillermina Vidal "Annie"; his children, Peggy Gallego, Ronnie Vidal (Becky), Anthony Vidal and Michael Vidal (Elvia); and his siblings, Ysaura Encinas, Olivia Lopez, Petra Barreda, Frances Ochoa, Terri Araujo, Virgie Molina, Mary Lou Alvarez, Luis Vidal and Barney Vidal. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
