He is survived by: his wife Eva Gradias; and his children, Rosa Nidia, Aryana, Omar, Julianna and Javier, Jr. (Katrina).
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sensible Funerals & Cremation (109 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
