She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd R. Montgomery and Gladys L. Montgomery; her sisters, Ramona Woodard, Carolyn Montgomery and Sherie Niehaus; her children, Robert Carney, Carol Fogleman and Timothy Carney; and her grandchildren, Jessica Fogleman and Kyle Fogleman.

She is survived by: her children, Betty Hack (Roger) and Bill Carney (Sandi). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
